Practice Areas

Michael accepts cases in the following practice areas:

  • Social Security Disability – Social Security disability insurance is available to individuals who are no longer able to work because of a chronic illness or disability. If you have applied for SSDI and your application has been denied, Michael can help you fight for your benefits. SSDI attorneys get paid on a contingency basis, so you won’t need to worry about paying your attorney before you win your case.
  • Workers’ Compensation – Workers’ compensation insurance benefits are available to workers in Pennsylvania who become injured on the job and are unable to return to work immediately. These benefits are designed to cover the worker’s medical treatment and replace a portion of his or her lost wages. If you are involved in a workers’ compensation insurance dispute, Michael can help you collect evidence and maximize your chances of success.

If you are involved in a Social Security disability insurance or workers’ compensation case, please contact the Law Office of Michael J. Mueller to schedule an appointment.
